  Today i went to to deposit a check and the teller told me she couldn't deposit the cents wrote it on the check, funny but its not about the cents on my check is the fact of how weird is this bank it has the most terrible customer service ever ! and is not the first time that this happen to me is the second time.

  Today I came to this bank for cashing a check. After I done I sat in the sofa to make sure if I've cashed all my citi bank checks. The manager whose name is "Kenny Lai" then came to me and told me I can not stay because I've done my thing related to their bank. I told him I'm looking for more checks in my pocket he just didn't listen and yelled to me letting me go??! A few second ago I just saw him yelled to another Asian lady just because she want to make sure if her transaction had been completed. The manager mr Lai was very impatient and said "oh my god so stupid!" in English with a debt owner's face after he yelled to the old lady in Mandarin(the tone he spoke mandarin was like "why you fxxxing not understand English"). I guess he forgot where his parents came from and he got the manager position by cheating. How does this kind of person been qualified??!

  After reading Hansen review this branch needs more evaluation, on how unprofessional to talk to a customer in that way. I'm actually having an issue with this branch also but my problem hasn't been resolved as of right now! I went in to the branch today spoke to Kenny the manger but he was so confused and gave me a half ass answer, it made me more confused. I'm still unsatisfied very depressed and disappointed particular at this branch. Their employees are not doing their job lounging around talking among themselves sharing photographs on their phone you can do those things elsewhere and not at a business setting!! I give it a fat F- on their professionalism treating customers like they're low class or not worthy!!
